Position Summary


We’re embarking on a transformative journey in marketing; as the Head of Marketing, you will be the driving force behind this transformation. This department-of-one role requires an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to execute account-based marketing strategies while leveraging internal and external expertise as needed. Your mission is to innovate our content strategy through the smart application of AI tools and to reshape our digital presence to better capture leads and reflect TriVista’s dynamic areas of focus. In this role, you will harness the power of data to shape our marketing initiatives and quantify their success through targeted KPIs.


This role oversees communication efforts across all service offerings and external channels, while also driving employee engagement with marketing initiatives. The Head of Marketing will utilize data-driven insights to continuously refine our strategies, ensuring they align with customer needs and preferences. By establishing targeted KPIs and measuring the impact of our marketing initiatives, this role will further grow TriVista’s brand image and credibility.

Requirements

Content Creation & Distribution: Craft a cutting-edge content ecosystem to enhance TriVista's market engagement and reach. Create and distribute high-impact content, including blogs, white papers, case studies, podcasts, and multimedia materials. Develop and maintain detailed customer personas to guide content creation, campaign strategies, and audience targeting across all marketing activities. Design thought leadership campaigns that position TriVista as an industry leader and engage target audiences across multiple channels.


Digital Optimization: Overhaul our website to significantly boost lead generation, ensuring it aligns with TriVista’s industry focus. Oversee and maintain digital activities, SEO, paid ads, social media content, and analytics to enhance our online visibility.


Performance Metrics: Take charge of quantifying success through the acquisition of qualified leads and the generation of marketing insights, which will serve as our foundational KPIs. Regularly report campaign performance, digital engagement, and ROI.


Email Marketing Mastery: Elevate the Business Development team by optimizing HubSpot's capabilities to refine our email marketing strategies, campaign management, and enhance segmentation.


Brand Management and Marketing Materials: Design, develop, organize, and regularly update marketing materials required to support business development. Act as gatekeeper of the TriVista brand, ensuring compliance and alignment across the organization.


Operational Excellence: Uphold the integrity of our client feedback (NPS) process, deepen the integration of our subject matter experts in the engagement process, and ensure our marketing materials and brand identity are current and effective. Ensure customer segmentation data is up to date, accurate, and can be used to support campaign execution.


Skilled Resource Leadership: Expand our marketing capabilities by finding and leveraging experts as needed (e.g. CRM, HubSpot, graphic design, SEO/web support, and video production, etc.). Manage the marketing budget.


Skills and Qualifications


  • Strategic Mindset: 10+ years of marketing experience, with a strong preference for backgrounds in B2B consulting services and a history of effective strategy implementation
  • Driven and Disciplined Project Manager: Strong project management skills with the ability to execute programs with speed, accuracy, and efficiency, with an organized, process-oriented approach
  • Leadership, Communication, and Collaboration: A capability to lead initiatives using cross functional teams, inspire excellence, and foster collaboration towards achieving shared marketing objectives on deadlines. Ability to provide strategic updates to executive leadership.
  • AI and Digital Fluency: A strong interest in leveraging the latest AI and digital marketing tools to forge a strong online presence
  • Analytical Prowess: Leverage a data-driven analytical approach to define, measure, and interpret marketing KPIs to guide strategic decisions and optimize campaign performance.
  • HubSpot (or similar) Expert: Demonstrated proficiency in HubSpot or similar platforms, with an emphasis on impactful email marketing campaigns
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the operational and technology consulting industry or related B2B sectors. Familiarity with complex sales cycles, account-based marketing, and consulting services models
  • Understanding and proficiency using MS Office
  • Authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis
  • Flexibility to travel as needed (up to 15%)

Education

  • 4-year degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field and/or combination of required education and experience
  • One or more relevant certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, PMP, and HubSpot Content Marketing certifications preferred

Base range between $175,000 -$225,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
