Core responsibilities:

Manage calendar, research, maintain confidentiality. Respond to emails promptly, prioritize urgent ones. Draft and edit commercial documentation like Statement of works, Employee Contracts and other Order Form in line with client’s SOPs Enter/update client and project info, maintain data accuracy. Undertake basic graphic design work in developing marketing materials for the client
