Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall sales functions in the assigned territory to create competitive advantage, maximize customer satisfaction, and ensure ROI.

  • Assist in achieving 95% on-time delivery for customer orders, contributing to EagleBurgmann’s success and growth.

  • Have a general understanding of EagleBurgmann’s products and services, and how they support operations and customers.

  • Support national sales growth initiatives/targets through End User, OEM, and Distribution Channels annually.

  • Ensure timely completion of quotations, reports, and goals for internal and external customers in an efficient manner.

  • Maintain good housekeeping practices, follow safety protocols, and adhere to company procedures.

  • Report monthly on program booking progress and strive for punctuality and excellent attendance.

  • Participate in company-sponsored training, maintain job training records, and follow all EagleBurgmann policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering equivalent engineering degree with 5-7 years of experience in the rotating industry.

  • Experience in selling MTBF solutions, with strong technical selling skills.

  • Motivational and managerial skills, with a high sense of urgency to identify market opportunities and develop networks.

  • Proven success in taking ideas to full market launch.

  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with customers and internal teams.

  • Ability to organize, prioritize work assignments, and maintain strong work ethics.

  • Capable of working within and leading teams for successful program implementation.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office and the ability to travel 50% or more.
