Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience as a Technical Lead or in a similar technical leadership role
Strong proficiency in software development languages and frameworks (Java, C#, etc.)
Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and coding practices
Experience with project management methodologies and tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and guide technical teams
Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Strong attention to detail and quality assurance
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Familiarity with agile development methodologies is a plus
