• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software developers and engineers
  
• Define and execute the technical roadmap, architecture, and design for software projects
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  
• Ensure the team follows best practices in software development, coding standards, and quality assurance
  
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and testing
  
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members, addressing challenges and roadblocks
  
• Review and evaluate code for quality, efficiency, and maintainability
  
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
  
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation
  
• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment within the technology team
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  
• Proven experience as a Software Technology Team Leader or in a similar leadership role
  
• Strong proficiency in software development languages and technologies (e.g., Java, Python, .NET)
  
• Solid understanding of software architecture, design principles, and best practices
  
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Scrum, JIRA)
  
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  
• Ability to mentor and guide team members in technical matters
  
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on project delivery and quality
  
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration practices
