Key Responsibilities:
  • Partnering with the Product and Sales Teams, you will own and refine product messaging, value proposition, and positioning of the PracticeOS platform.
  • Created and managed sales enablement materials and training on our products and services for the sales and GTM teams.
  • Help develop a deep understanding of our buyer persona by continuously researching and gathering insights, including pain points, channels, and purchasing decisions, and socializing those insights with marketing, sales, and R&D.
  • In partnership with marketing, strategize and execute content and campaign strategies centered on go-to-market strategy and firm buying needs.
  • Responsible for developing, socializing, and executing documents such as market requirements, marketing, sales enablement, and launch plans.
  • Implement a customer marketing strategy, gathering customer references, testimonials, and case studies for external and internal use, establishing strategies to drive retention, engaging the Aiwyn customer community, and upselling and cross-selling products across the technology platform.
  • Work with marketing colleagues, sales, and sales operations to provide reporting on the PracticeOS platform, including revenue, marketing-influenced pipeline, sales velocity, and win/loss ratio, and monitor this ongoing to assess and address gaps in performance.

  • Qualifications:
  • 5 + years of strong Product Marketing experience
  • 3+ years of experience in the areas of Accounting or Marketing in small-to-mid-scale businesses
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or relevant experience
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing
  • Familiarity with vertical SaaS/Platform organizations
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to think strategically and execute with a high degree of precision
  • Strong cross functional leadership and communication skills
  • The ability to travel occasionally for onsite Company meetings
