Sales Trainer

The Sales Trainer plays a pivotal role in shaping the success of our Outside Sales team. In this role, you will develop, implement, and facilitate training that aligns with our Outside Sales program goals.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and Deliver Training: Utilize knowledge of adult learning principles and collaborate with our Sales team subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop and deliver engaging and impactful virtual instructor-led sessions and e-learning.
Live Facilitation: Deliver weekly training on payment industry sales strategies and North product training for our regularly recruited new Sales Rep hires.
Create Engaging Content: Serve as a creative problem-solver to identify and research alternative learning design, operational, or technology options for learning content creation.
Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and update training programs to ensure relevancy and accuracy, incorporating feedback and adapting to industry changes.
Collaboration: Partner with district managers, sales leadership, key stakeholders, and HR to identify and develop training that aligns with business objectives.
What We Need From You:
High School Diploma or GED Required.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Teaching, Human Resources, or equivalent experience in training or learning and development.
Minimum 3 years of facilitation experience in virtual and classroom settings with a focus on Sales training.
Experience creating engaging content aligned with company initiatives and culture.
Proficiency with authoring and design tools (G-Suite, Rise, Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate 360, video editing software).
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Ability to communicate confidently with leaders across all levels of an organization.
Passion for continuous improvement and finding learning solutions for critical business issues.
How to Stand Out (Preferred):
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Experience with ticketing request systems (e.g., Jira).
Travel Requirements: 2-4 times per year
What we need from you:
High school diploma or GED required.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in corporate or agency recruiting.
Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
Proven experience in high-volume sales recruitment and strategy development.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday preferred).
Strong ability to engage passive candidates and generate referrals.
Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
How to stand out (Preferred):
Experience in the payment processing industry.
Proficiency in Google Suite.
RACR, PHR, or SHRM certification.
Travel Requirements: 2-4 times per year
Salary Range: $46,000-$88,000
