Our client, a fast-growing delivery logistics company focused on optimizing last-mile delivery solutions, is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive top-of-the-funnel growth through proactive outreach and lead generation. Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 10 AM - 6 PM PST
Lead Generation & Outreach – Engage potential customers through cold calls, email sequences, and LinkedIn messaging to build relationships and generate interest.
Pipeline Management – Maintain an active and well-organized sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-ups and nurturing of prospects.
Appointment Setting – Work towards a goal of booking 20 qualified calls per month with potential clients.
CRM Proficiency – Track and manage all lead interactions in Close CRM to ensure data accuracy and pipeline visibility.
Multi-Channel Prospecting – Utilize various sales prospecting methods, including social selling and outbound email campaigns, to expand the company’s reach.
Collaboration with the Sales Team – Work closely with the CEO and leadership to refine outreach strategies and optimize conversion rates.
Fluent in English – Strong verbal and written communication skills.
2+ years of SDR or sales experience – Preferably in a fast-paced, outbound sales environment.
Proficiency with CRM systems (Close CRM is highly preferred).
Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented – Proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
Excellent organization and time management skills – Able to prioritize tasks and manage follow-ups efficiently.
Strong interpersonal skills – Ability to build rapport and engage potential customers effectively.
Experience in logistics, delivery services, eCommerce or related industries is a plus.
Familiarity with multi-channel outbound sales strategies.
Understanding of sales automation tools for prospecting and engagement.
Consistent Outreach & Engagement – A steady stream of outbound activity leading to meaningful conversations.
Healthy Pipeline – A well-maintained pipeline with high-quality leads moving through the sales funnel.
Appointment Goal Achievement – Meeting or exceeding the monthly target of 20 booked calls.
CRM Accuracy – Organized and up-to-date lead data, ensuring seamless handoffs to the sales team.
