Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Physics)
  
• Proven experience as a Research Associate or in a similar research role
  
• Strong knowledge of research methodologies and laboratory techniques
  
• Proficiency in data analysis software and tools
  
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities within a team
  
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
  
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
  
• Familiarity with laboratory safety protocols and procedures
  
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving research needs and methodologies
