Regional Lead, Personnel Services Delivery Redesign (PSDR)  

Strategic Resources, Inc. SRI is seeking committed and passionate professionals to provide critical resources and information to support Service Members and their Family Members. 

Overview: The US Army Installation Management Command (IMCOM) is seeking resources to provide Military Human Resources Support (MHRS) commonly referred to as “Personnel Services Delivery Redesign (PSDR)” to all supported and tenant units at the installations. This support includes services such as Electronic Military Personnel Office (eMILPO) operations, Soldier Readiness, Strength Management, Separations, Retirement Services, Reassignment Processing, Casualty and Mortuary Affairs Operations, In/Out Processing, Military Personnel File Maintenance, Military Orders, Sponsorship Management, and other MHRS services, along with associated Information Technology (IT) support for these tasks. This applies to all active duty Soldiers and select US Army Reserve (USAR) and US Army National Guard (USARNG), Students, and Trainees on the installation. High quality, timely, and efficient MHRS shall be provided to all eligible Soldiers, trainees, Retirees, and Family members. Also includes Identification (ID) card services for contractors and civilian employees. Actions processed shall be accurate and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Human Resource (HR) Solutions Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC).  

Tasks & Responsibilities: 

Serve as Regional Lead and supervisor for multiple installations. Have a thorough understanding of the diversity and uniqueness of each installation’s requirements in their region. Provide regional data and staff updates to the Program Manager as directed. Conduct random, on-site quality inspections and audits. Develop and conduct training classes on all personnel actions, reassignments, and automated personnel systems (eMILPO, Total Officer Personnel Management Information System (TOPMIS), Enlisted Distribution and Assignment System (EDAS), Interactive Personnel Electronic Records Management System (iPERMS), and Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS)/Real-time Automated Personnel Identification System (RAPIDS)). Perform Personnel and Strength Accounting reporting as required. Supply non-divisional and tenant units with all S1/PAC functions and process all requests from start to finish in a timely matter. Advise staff on alternative solutions and related impacts while providing recommendations on personnel matters that affect benefits for the service member and family members involved. Retrieve assignment instructions for Soldiers assigned to units; counsel service members of entitlements that concern Permanent Change of Station (PCS), SGLI, DD 93, and other personnel functions. Ensure proper documentation for all actions are processed per Army Regulations, manuals, and directives. Clerical expert in independently processing the most complicated types of personnel actions, e.g., temporary employment, rehires, and dismissals. In this position, one may perform tasks such as: pre-employment drug screening and new hire orientation, responding to routine questions on policy and procedures, and/or provide reports on employee turnover or time and attendance. Provide internal or external survey information, reporting on company employment statistics (retention, equal opportunity reporting, etc.). 

Required Skills, Education, Experience & Abilities:  

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum two years’ experience in an office environment
  • National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI)
  • Proficient computer skills 
  • Experience with customer service environment
  • Understanding of military environment required
  • Experience in the Army Human Resources Command or Army G-9/G-1
  • Experience with PSDR related activities preferred
