About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented RFP Coordinator to lead the development and submission of high-quality proposals and bids. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams, and is passionate about crafting compelling, compliant proposals that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full proposal lifecycle, from analyzing RFPs to final submission.
  • Review RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs to understand client requirements and ensure compliance.
  • Develop proposal schedules, assign tasks, and set deadlines to keep projects on track.
  • Collaborate with sales, engineering, and project management teams to gather content and technical details.
  • Write, edit, and format proposals for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Ensure all proposals align with branding and quality standards.
  • Maintain an organized library of proposal templates and past submissions for future reference.
  • Track proposal progress and provide status updates to stakeholders.
  • Support post-proposal activities, including debriefs and process improvements for future submissions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in proposal coordination, technical writing, or a similar role.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with proposal management software is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the IT and networking industry is desirable.
