• Supervise and lead a team of production workers, ensuring they adhere to safety protocols and follow established procedures
  
• Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize efficiency
  
• Monitor production processes, identifying issues, and implementing corrective actions as needed
  
• Train and onboard new team members, providing guidance and support in their roles
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations
  
• Maintain and enforce quality control standards, conducting regular inspections and tests
  
• Monitor inventory levels and liaise with supply chain teams to ensure adequate materials are available for production
  
• Provide performance feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations for team members
  
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
  
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in production techniques and technologies
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus)
  
• Proven experience as a Production Team Leader or in a similar supervisory role
  
• Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety standards
  
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
  
• Proficiency in production software and Microsoft Office Suite
  
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
  
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  
• Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing production needs
  
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus
  
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team of production workers
