We are seeking a skilled and client-focused individual to join our team as a Pre-Sales Consultant. The Pre-Sales Consultant will play a critical role in engaging with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and demonstrating the value of our products or services. This position requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their business requirements, challenges, and goals.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features, benefits, and value proposition of our products or services.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and deliver compelling proposals, including customized solutions and pricing models.
  • Conduct in-depth technical discussions and product consultations to address client inquiries and concerns.
  • Perform product installations, configurations, and proof-of-concept demonstrations to showcase the feasibility and functionality of our solutions.
  • Collaborate with the product development and marketing teams to provide feedback on client needs and market trends to drive product enhancements and innovation.
  • Prepare and deliver technical documentation, including solution architectures, implementation plans, and technical specifications.
  • Assist in the development of sales collateral, including case studies, white papers, and product datasheets.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to provide insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and technical consultant throughout the sales cycle.

Requirements

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a deep understanding of client needs and the ability to translate them into effective solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to assess client requirements and provide tailored recommendations.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and engage with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience with product demonstrations, proof-of-concept development, and technical documentation.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and the ability to effectively contribute to sales strategies and proposals.
  • Adaptability and willingness to travel as needed to client sites for presentations, consultations, and demonstrations.
