Job Summary
The People Success Partner (PSP) will serve as the main point of contact for the client's offshore employees. They will represent the offshore employees and help ensure smooth collaboration and mutual success. This role involves maintaining regular communication, effectively managing performance, and promptly addressing any concerns that arise with offshore employees. The PSP will also be responsible for implementing proactive strategies to prevent employee turnover, ensuring alignment between client and employee engagement, and promoting client retention. Additionally, the PSP will identify opportunities for growth, including upselling and employee referrals, to support ongoing business expansion.
Duties and responsibilities
Client & Employee Management:
• Manage offshore employees per 1 People Success Partner (PSP)
• Serve as the main point of contact (POC) for offshore employees, ensuring effective communication and addressing concerns promptly.
• Conduct weekly and monthly touch bases with both HR and offshore employees to review performance, engagement, and address any issues.
• Develop and implement programs to Increase employee levels of engagement and encourage retention.
Performance Management & Reviews:
• Lead performance review discussions, ensuring offshore employees meet or exceed KPIs and client expectations.
• Proactively manage and coach offshore employees to foster continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address performance or operational issues outside the PSP’s scope.
• Work closely with HR, Operations and Client Success department to come up stream line processes to increase employee satisfaction.
Employee Engagement & Turnover Prevention:
• Implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and reduce turnover, ensuring offshore employees remain motivated and committed.
• Regularly assess employee satisfaction and take proactive steps to address potential challenges.
• Become the voice of the employee to the business.
