Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW) Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring, developing, and optimizing FAW solutions to drive business insights and support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• • Implement and configure Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW) to align with business needs.
  
• • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs using FAW.
  
• • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable analytical solutions.
  
• • Integrate FAW with Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, SCM, and other related modules.
  
• • Perform ETL processes (data extraction, transformation, and loading) to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
  
• • Optimize FAW performance and troubleshoot system-related issues.
  
• • Provide user training and documentation to enhance adoption and usability.
  
• • Ensure data security and compliance with organizational policies.
  

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW).

• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (ERP, HCM, SCM).

Technical Skills:

• • Expertise in building dashboards and visualizations using Oracle FAW.
  
• • Experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, and other Oracle reporting tools.
  
• • Proficiency in SQL and data modeling concepts.
  
• • Familiarity with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) or similar data integration tools.
  
• • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• • Knowledge of Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW).
  
• • Experience with Python scripting for data manipulation.
  
• • Understanding of data governance and compliance best practices.
