Job description

Required Qualifications:

6-12 years of experience in Design, Modeling, Implementation, Development and Maintenance of EPM applications using Oracle Hyperion suite of products.
2-3 years of end-to-end hands-on experience in implementing latest versions of Oracle’s Cloud Hyperion suite of products such as Financial Consolidation Close (FCC) mainly Close Manager
Strong understanding of Close Manager module from integrations with source systems to creating dependencies
Ability to analyze user requirements and develop an end-to-end solution design, functional design
Experience in Business Process redesign or transformation
Experience in leading a team of consultants to deliver the designed solution
Experience in conducting business meetings, CRPs, POCs etc.
Experience in delivering training to users and manage multiple deliverables at the same time
Hands on experience in building application artifacts (Configuring Dimensions, creating data forms/business rules/calculations, EPM Automate scripts etc.)
Knowledge on Financial Consolidation and Supplemental data management

Preferred Qualifications:

End to end Integrations between Hyperion Cloud and other Cloud modules like Oracle ERP Cloud, EBS, third party sources.
Experience in client facing role – Conducting workshops/CRP’s/User story clarification sessions
Experience in documenting functional design documents, Test strategy/scenarios/cases, Application user guide etc.
Need good written and oral communication skills. Ability to work in onsite-offshore models. Should be able to drive customer discussions independently and act as trusted advisor.
