Job description

Job Title: Marketing Specialist

Location: Remote (Philippines) 

Reports to: Director of Marketing  

 

About the Role: 

 

The Marketing Specialist will take ownership of content initiatives, combining existing data and AI tools to create impactful content. This role focuses on developing a robust content strategy to fuel inbound demand generation, empower the sales team, and optimize customer engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the right content reaches the right audience at the right time.

  • Work Hours and Schedule: Semi-flexible, 8 AM – 5 PM CDT (10 PM-7 AM PHT), Fixed rest days (Sat-Sun)
  • Work Arrangement: Remote


Key Responsibilities: 

 

Content Creation & Strategy 

  • Develop and execute a content strategy to support demand generation, sales enablement, and customer engagement.
  • Create high-quality assets, including thought leadership articles, blog posts, case studies, white papers, landing pages, emails, and eBooks, using AI tools where applicable.
  • Plan and produce content for webinars, trade shows, and events to showcase MSPbots’ expertise and solutions.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to optimize content for SEO and paid media campaigns.

 

Campaign Development 

  • Design nurture campaigns, retargeting ads, and email sequences for each stage of the marketing funnel.
  • Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop content for LinkedIn ads, Google Ads, and organic social campaigns.
  • Optimize landing pages and create A/B tests to improve conversion rates.

 

Sales Enablement 

  • Produce tailored sales collateral, including BDR sequences, presentations, and solution-specific materials.
  • Ensure the sales team has access to updated, relevant content to engage prospects and close deals.
  • Support tradeshows by developing booth materials, promotional content, and follow-up campaigns.

 

Webinar & Thought Leadership Content 

  • Plan, produce, and execute webinars, including promotional campaigns, content development, and follow-up materials.
  • Partner with internal experts to create thought leadership content that positions MSPbots as a leader in the MSP space.
  • Promote webinar recordings and insights across marketing channels to maximize visibility.

 

Customer Lifecycle Optimization 

  • Build onboarding guides, use cases, and retention-focused content to support customer success initiatives.
  • Develop upsell and cross-sell campaigns to drive additional revenue and improve customer lifetime value (CLV).
  • Tailor content for specific personas and segments, ensuring relevance at every stage of the customer journey.

 

Performance Analysis 

  • Track and measure the performance of all content initiatives, using tools like HubSpot and Google Analytics.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize content and improve ROI.
  • Conduct regular content audits to ensure materials are updated, relevant, and aligned with business goals.

 

Required Skills and Experience 

  • Experience: 3+ years in content marketing, demand generation, or a similar role, preferably in B2B IT or MSP industries.
  • Tools: Proficiency in HubSpot, Google Analytics, and marketing tools for content and campaign management.
  • Campaigns: Experience planning and executing nurture campaigns, webinars, and paid advertising content.
  • Content Creation: Familiarity with AI tools to streamline and enhance content production.
  • Analytics: Ability to track and report on content performance, adjusting strategies to maximize impact.
