Experience in Affiliate & Influencer Marketing: Minimum 5.5+ years of experience managing influencer partnerships, affiliate programs, or digital marketing campaigns. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the activewear, swimwear, or e-commerce space, with experience growing direct-to-consumer brands. Data-Driven Approach: Ability to set and track KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and adjust strategies accordingly. Tech & Platform Proficiency: Expertise in Shopify, Google Sheets, HubSpot, Slack, and Asana, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools. Excellent English Communication & Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to manage relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure brand-aligned content from partners. Entrepreneurial Mindset: Self-starter who can take ownership of initiatives, set goals, and drive results with minimal oversight.

Core responsibilities:

Affiliate & Influencer Strategy Execution: Implement and manage the company’s affiliate and influencer marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and growth goals. Partnership Outreach & Management: Identify, recruit, and maintain relationships with high-performing affiliates, influencers, and brand ambassadors across relevant social and digital platforms. Campaign Coordination: Oversee the planning, execution, and performance tracking of influencer and affiliate campaigns, ensuring timely content delivery and contractual compliance. Performance Analysis & Optimization: Track key performance metrics, optimize strategies based on data insights, and provide recommendations for improving engagement, conversions, and ROI. Content Collaboration & Brand Representation: Work closely with partners to ensure messaging aligns with brand standards while effectively driving audience engagement and sales. Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to align campaign efforts with broader business initiatives.
