Job description

GOALS OF THE POSITION:

The Investment Quality Specialist will audit the transactions of the Investment Research

Specialists. Execute Quality Assurance methods to ensure they adhere to the Companys

standards. This person is primarily responsible for Production and Product data quality. This

person is also tasked with recommending improvement across all organizations coming

from quality discoveries and challenges.

Main Responsibilities:

Evaluates Investment Specialists transactions based on the required

productivity

Support the Investment Domain Manager in all quality related aspects

Provides feedback for every evaluation towards Quality Manager

Submits recommendation to Product for process improvement

Uploads evaluation in MS Form

Reviews daily reports of the department containing QA scores

Joins cross pillar calibration sessions

Discusses QA guidelines with Investment Specialists

Participates in meetings with Quality Department Leaders and whenever

invited by Operations

Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications / Skills Summary:

Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration

or related fields is required,

Proven experience in investment and financial quality monitoring

Excellent communications both written and verbal

Strong Technical Analytical skills

Excellent organizational and leadership qualities

Ability to quickly identify issues and risks and provide recommendations

Analytical and facts-based decision maker.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Detail-oriented and resourceful.

Knowledgeable in data quality assessment and analytics tools
