Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication
  • Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations
  • Support new employee onboarding, including preparing paperwork, facilitating orientation, and ensuring a smooth transition
  • Process employee benefits, enrollments, and assist in addressing benefits-related inquiries
  • Assist in organizing and facilitating employee training and development programs
  • Handle routine HR inquiries from employees and provide necessary information or escalate as needed
  • Coordinate and assist with employee events, meetings, and HR initiatives
  • Assist in preparing HR-related reports and presentations
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information and documentation
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in HR or related field is a plus)
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt
