Experience:

• No-Code / Low-Code Automation: Strong expertise in Clay and n8n / Relevance AI is required. Experience with other automation tools like Make.com, Gumloop, or La Growth Machine is a plus.
• API Integration & Workflows: Proven ability to design and manage seamless data integrations across platforms.
• AI-Driven Automation: Familiarity with AI-powered workflow optimization, such as Arcads.ai, Weezly, or similar platforms, is beneficial.
• Version Control: Proficiency with Git.
• Deployment & Hosting: Experience with platforms like Vercel and Replit for efficient deployment and scaling.

What are you going to do:

We are looking for a No-Code Automation Engineer to join our growing tech team in the Luxury Retail sector. You will be responsible for designing and implementing automated workflows to develop our digital product, streamline operations and improve efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Build and optimize automation workflows using the best tools for the use case.
• Develop and manage API integrations for smooth data exchange.
• Optimize processes for scalability, speed, and reliability.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to build automation solutions and enhance operations.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI, no-code automation, and workflow optimization technologies.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, or a related STEM field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong experience with n8n, Clay, and AI tools is a must.
• Ability to create and design custom APIs independently. Strong understanding of data integration, API authentication, and webhooks.
• Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and data pipelines.
• Extensive years of experience in automation engineering, API development, or workflow optimization.
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for deployment and automation scaling.
• Excellent Problem-solving and Debugging skills.
• Ability to document workflows and create reusable automation templates.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with teams.
• A passion for innovation and a strong desire to apply no-code integrations to solve real-world problems.
