Job description

Join our Client's company, a fast growing organization in the Tech industry with offices in UAE, USA & Canada. They are seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive assistance to the CEO in USA. (The Position is Remote Job) 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendar scheduling, including organizing appointments, meetings, and virtual conferences with precision and updates as necessary.
  • Keep the CEO well-informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, ensuring proactive follow-up where needed.
  • Handle and screen incoming calls for the CEO, ensuring timely message relay.
  • Coordinate conference calls, internal meetings, and e-meetings, including logistical arrangements and minute-taking when required.
  • Organize all aspects of internal and external meetings, guaranteeing executives are well-prepared and punctual with necessary documentation.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO
  • Organize business travel and accommodation bookings for the CEO and Executives.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to compile meeting materials effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience in executive support roles, preferably supporting senior management.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (PowerPoint) and calendar management tools.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask effectively.
