Job description

We specialize in interior/exterior painting and surface preparation, including dustless grinding/sanding, power washing, power tooling, sandblasting, and shot blasting. We are a high energy company looking for our next team member to grow within the company! Candidate should be highly motivated and responsible, have a positive attitude and enjoy helping others. Responsibilities will include answering phones in a helpful and productive manner as well as data entry and the ability to multi-task! Candidates should have basic computer skills, strong communication skills and be detail oriented. This is a full-time remote position. You will be working from home (US nationwide).

Requirements
Knowledge/Skills:
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, & Word.
  • Exceptional listening, verbal, and written communications skills.
  • Great attention to detail and be accurate on all tasks.
  • A self-starter with a can-do attitude that completes tasks on time.
  • Have excellent customer service skills and a positive outlook with a calm demeanor.
  • Cooperative and collaborative with a willingness to learn new things
  • Organized, dependable and be able to multi-task and execute daily duties & projects.
  • Able to take initiative and can complete tasks with minimum supervision.

Duties:
Daily data entry into QuickBooks
Daily Invoicing and friendly collection remainders to customers.
Follow up with prospective clients regularly.
Communicate with clients and potential customers, via phone and email.
