What We Are Looking For

The Conversion Support Specialist, in Core Services is a support role and/or a beginning  level in Core Conversions. This position is responsible for database validation activities for mock and dress milestones during the conversion projects as well as providing support for projects and the Conversion Strategists. It entails extensive information gathering, documenting, educating and communicating on the details of KeyStone. The Conversion Support Specialist will provide support for and work heavily with the clients. There will be collaboration with Conversion Strategists, Education, Integrations, Business Analysts and Project Management staff. This position must demonstrate a high level of collaboration and teamwork. This position works with supervisory direction and will require assistance from more senior Conversion Support Specialists and/or Conversion Strategists.

Requirements

· Responsible for performing the on-site and remote KeyStone database validation activities at mocks and dress for converting credit unions; which includes reviewing, vetting and documenting (logging) issues presented by the client or Strategists. Protect clients from errors by frequently documenting, troubleshooting, finding ways to test and encourage through validation at each milestone. Requires consistent issues management and JIRA follow-up. 

· Assist the client with standard batch job creation, and testing of batch job behavior (including but not limited to statements, collections, and insurance postings). Responsible for stabilizing batch processing to ensure smooth operations and prevent disruptions in production. Proactively monitor and troubleshoot batch jobs to maintain consistent and reliable performance.

· Responsible for batch job setup and testing. It requires learning and understanding the KeyStone product, database configuration, and conversion data through the conversion process to the Keystone application. This also requires a strong knowledge of how various fields in KeyStone interact with each other and the batch jobs. 

· Responsible for understanding basic concepts of credit union processing, Keystone fields and the full scope of database validation. Actively listen to clients and gather credit union business details to know exactly what they need. Communicate clearly and positively with clients at all times.

· Responsible for understanding and practicing basic concepts of database tables and what goes into mapping data to these tables. This includes but is not limited to, persons, accounts, shares, consumer loans, collections, statements, and fees.

· Responsible for presentations and training to client on database concepts and validation. 

· Act as an aid for the Conversion Strategist to ensure mapping issues are reported and resolved. Work closely with the client to gather their daily processes, statement and notice requirements, and help them understand the batch jobs responsibilities in the Keystone application. With increased knowledge, advise on database concepts and functional capabilities. Collaborate with team members to provide timely and accurate updates for our clients and internal staff.

· Provide documentation including data standards, external and internal procedures. Stay up-to-date with changes, releases, and enhancements in KeyStone.  Assist with client training and support of back-office functions. Participate in knowledge development and perform teach back sessions on the numerous facets of the Conversion Support Specialist scope of work.

· Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

· Travel is required
