Provide training and support to clients and end-users on chatbot usage
Continuously monitor and improve chatbot performance based on user feedback

Requirements

Proven experience as a Chatbot Builder or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of chatbot development platforms and tools (e.g., Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework)
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Node.js
Excellent understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and AI technologies
Problem-solving mindset and creative thinking
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze user interactions and refine chatbot responses
Experience with chatbot integration and API usage
Familiarity with customer service and user experience principles
