Mission

Structure and negotiate innovative financing strategies that drive Addi’s lending business growth. Help execute debt and equity funding strategies, including securitizations for BNPL and other financing solutions. Assist with equity fundraises, investor reporting, and operational requirements to ensure Addi’s financial sustainability and expansion. You will be partnering with Head of Capital Markets, CEO, and CFO

What you will do
  • Successfully execute and optimize debt financianing transactions

    • Lead due diligence, structuring, and negotiation processes for new and existing debt facilities.

    • Ensure seamless execution of financing deals, minimizing cost of capital and optimizing funding efficiency.

    • Develop and refined financial models to assess funding strategies and potential transactions.

    • Drive new debt executions with manager support.

  • Achieve expansion and diversification of Funding Sources and Structures

    • Identify and onboard new funding partners and sources across local and international markets.

    • Explore innovative financing structures, including securitizations, credit facilities, and private placements.

    • Maintain and build strong relationships with lenders, investors, and other financial counterparties, facilitating new financing opportunities.

  • Enhance our Financial and Investor Reporting

    • Build and improve reporting frameworks for debt investors, ensuring transparency and alignment with financial objectives.

    • Deliver high-quality presentations and analyses for internal stakeholders, board meetings, and investor updates.

    • Proactively address investor inquiries and ensure compliance with financial covenants and reporting obligations.

  • Partner and drive cross collaboration with Finance, Legal and Risk

    • Work closely with Finance, Legal, and Risk teams to align funding strategies with business needs.

    • Support internal forecasting, liquidity planning, and capital allocation initiatives.

    • Collaborate with senior leadership on long-term funding strategy and financial decision-making.

    • Become a trusted and effective partner for the capital markets team and other stakeholders during the execution of new financing transaction.

What We’re Looking For
  • Proven Corporate Finance & Capital Markets Experience

    • 4–5 years of experience in investment banking, boutique advisory, financial institutions, or fintech/startups.

    • Expertise in corporate finance, project finance, structured credit, and capital markets.

    • Familiarity with international debt processes like warehouse facilities, securitizations, revolving credit facilities, and private placements.

  • Deal Execution & Negotiation capabilities

    • Proven track record in structuring, negotiating, and closing debt financing transactions.

    • Strong ability to engage with investors, present financial strategies, and manage stakeholder expectations.

  • Demostrates outstanding Financial Modeling & AnalysisSkills

    • Proficiency in building complex financial models, stress testing scenarios, and analyzing funding strategies.

    • Experience developing high-quality presentations, including management decks, board materials, and operating models.

  • Outstanding Communication and Influence Skills

    • Strong ability to engage and communicate with senior leaders and external investors.

    • Experience in negotiating and drafting complex financial agreements in English.

    • Advanced English proficiency is a strict requirement.
