Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients, partners, and business opportunities
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions and proposals that meet client requirements
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and pitches to showcase our products/services
  • Negotiate and close deals, contracts, and partnerships
  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities and client interactions
  • Monitor industry trends and stay updated with market developments
  • Participate in networking events, conferences, and industry forums to expand business connections

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or in a similar role
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset
  • Proficiency in market research and analysis
  • Results-oriented with a focus on driving business growth
