Job Requirements:

  • The core technologies for this role are TypeScript, React Native, and AWS. 
  • You must be proficient working with these technologies. 
  • Experience with Redux, offline-first principles and Ruby on Rails favored.
  • Passionate about coding and keeping up to date with the latest technology trends.
  • Great understanding of responsive development for cross-device compatibility.
  • Experience with agile, iterative, and domain driven development methodologies.
  • Strong problem solving, resolution, negotiation and decision-making capabilities.
  • Resilience to work well under pressure and within a rapidly changing environment.
  • Eagerness and ability to learn quickly and to share learnings with team members.

Core responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement technical solutions that support CHLs customers, across the globe.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and build out patterns and abstractions that emphasize efficiency, reusability, and maintainability.
  • Peer review fellow software engineers' work, offering constructive feedback where relevant.
  • Contribute to the teams ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, refinement, and retrospectives.
  • Other duties reasonably requested by the Software Engineering Lead and Chief Technology Officer.
