ABOUT THE ROLE

Client Accounting Services:

· Oversee the delivery of accounting services to clients, including bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, and payroll processing.

· Ensure client accounts are accurately maintained and in compliance with accounting standards.

Financial Reporting:

· Prepare and review financial statements for clients, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.

· Provide financial analysis and insights to clients to support strategic decision-making.

Client Communication:

· Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing financial advice, and building strong client relationships.

· Collaborate with clients to understand their financial goals and develop tailored solutions.

Team Leadership:

· Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

· Provide guidance on technical accounting issues and ensure professional development opportunities for the team.

Process Improvement:

· Identify opportunities for process improvements in client accounting services.

· Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and ensure the highest level of service delivery.

Compliance:

· Stay abreast of changes in accounting regulations and standards, ensuring compliance in all client engagements.

· Coordinate with clients and regulatory authorities during audits and reviews.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred.
Proven experience in a leadership role within an outsourcing or financial services company.
In-depth knowledge of US accounting principles, US GAAP, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
Strong client service orientation and excellent communication skills.
Experience with accounting software and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite.
Ability to manage multiple client engagements and deadlines effectively.
Must be willing to work on the night shift
