  • Lead student homeroom programs across all sections to ensure consistent quality

2. Faculty Development & Curriculum Support
  • Collaborate with school leadership on policy development, implementation, and review

  • Lead curriculum alignment, maintenance, and creation initiatives to ensure consistency with CGA standards and educational goals

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive curriculum review cycle to continuously enhance educational offerings

  • Create curriculum mapping documentation to ensure vertical and horizontal alignment across grade levels and subjects

  • Establish and maintain curriculum standards that reflect both US diploma requirements and global best practices

  • Design and implement assessment strategies that align with curriculum objectives and measure student achievement effectively

  • Identify and secure US pathway-specific resources to enhance curriculum delivery

  • Work closely with department heads to ensure course alignment, promote best practices in online teaching, and maintain consistent staff communication

3. Da Vinci Program Leadership (1-on-1 Student Instruction)
  • Manage program logistics between Da'Vinci staff and CGA, including LMS administration, curriculum integration, transcript processing, and grade reporting

  • Serve as Assistant AP Coordinator for CGA USA, supporting Da'Vinci teachers with AP course audits, AP Classroom utilization, and alignment with AP-branded course delivery standards

4. Operational Excellence
  • Partner with school leadership on policy development, implementation, and periodic review

  • Manage the comprehensive school calendar, ensuring timely communication of important dates to all stakeholders

  • Take on additional responsibilities as reasonably requested by Crimson Global Academy USA
