Job description

Location: Krakow (remote/Poland)

Join Admind Branding & Communications, the largest global branding agency in Poland. As a certified B Corp, our mission is to craft branding experiences that not only transform an organization but change its impact in the world for the better.

Work with more than 200 creative experts from over 15 countries located in Kraków, Amsterdam, Odesa, Bangkok, and Zürich. Being a part of Admind, you will belong to an international community of professionals specialized in design and branding strategy, where diversity, equity and inclusion are firmly advocated.

You will also have the opportunity to help us, through conscious branding, become a force for good and increase our impact on the environment, employees, and society – things we care about.

About the role:

We are looking for a relationship building-oriented Account Manager whose primary goal is the growth of revenues, client retention, and satisfaction. As a part of the Account Management team, you will act as a long-term ally and, hopefully, a trusted consultant for our existing and potential clients. By constantly learning what the clients’ needs are, you will help them in developing mutual business opportunities.

What you will do:

  • Working in an international environment and for global Clients.
  • Be the first point of contact for the clients, build strong relationships with them. Communicate client’s feedback, needs and expectations to the internal teams.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and develop strategic plans that align with both the client’s goals and the agency’s capabilities.
  • Coordinate and manage the execution of the projects (branding, rebranding, marketing campaigns, print, digital, events), ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • You will be responsible for the budget: preparing and negotiating cost estimates and delivering regular sales reports, monitoring open purchase orders and remaining budgets, and consistently tracking progress.
  • You will be responsible for the ongoing and meticulous updating of data within the available work tools.
  • Proactively create and identify opportunities for upselling and expanding services to current clients.
  • Address any issues or concerns raised by the clients promptly, work with the internal team to resolve these problems and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with the Account Supervisor to achieve the business unit's goals.
