Salary Range:
up to 2000 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

Were looking for a Finance Recruiter to play a pivotal role in identifying and securing top financial talent. This position is responsible for screening candidates, conducting interviews, and managing relationships with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and effective hiring process. The ideal candidate has a strong background in finance recruitment, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a strategic mindset when it comes to evaluating and engaging talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Screen and interview candidates for finance-related roles, ensuring alignment with hiring needs
  • Manage the recruitment process from initial candidate engagement through final selection
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing insights and guidance on talent acquisition
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine and enhance the hiring process
  • Maintain accurate records in Manatal (ATS) and Airtable to track candidate progress


Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on finance roles
  • Strong interview and candidate assessment skills
  • Proven ability to build and manage relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Experience handling multiple open roles in a fast-paced environment

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with Manatal (ATS) and Airtable for recruitment tracking and management
  • Experience hiring for international finance roles
  • Background in agency or executive search recruitment
