Key responsabilities:

Develop and execute project-specific QA/QC plans and procedures.

Conduct various inspections including incoming, in-process, and final inspections.

Create and maintain quality reports and inspection documents.

Coordinate with vendors for material verification and pre-delivery inspections.

Job description

Develop a comprehensive working knowledge and understanding of the contract documents

Develop and execute the project-specific QA/QC Plan with scopes of work and work procedures.
Implement project-specific QA/QC Plan in coordination with the project safety plan.
Ensure strict adherence to ethics and compliance requirements at all times.
Understand the project execution plan and coordinate Quality Control procedures at appropriate stages of the work and in line with the project schedule.
Continually improve strategies and tools to efficiently and effectively document, track and record compliance with the contract documents.
make & maintain daily quality reports
keeping himself/herself aware of all kind of QC checks
need to carry out all product related testing
Creation of QAP and QCP
Understanding the quality requirements in structural and machining fabrications
Verify with vendor TC for material
Visit vendors for pre delivery inspection
Create the quality inspection documents
Inrocess inspections
Incoming inspections of materials
Final inspection and FAT
Site. Acceptance testing with customer
Welding inspection
Report NC both internal And external
Do Quantitative and Qualitative data analysis
Analyses the service issues if related to quality and under warranty
Assembly-Outsourcing.
