Reduce breakdown hours and ensure machines operate smoothly.

Prepare and implement preventive maintenance plans and maintain machine documentation.

Coordinate maintenance work across group units and assist in the installation of new machinery.

Job Description - Maintenance electricians are responsible for the general upkeep of a building's electrical system. They are required to inspect the premises regularly, conduct routine maintenance, perform repairs, and fix faulty wiring when necessary. They may also be required to replace electrical appliances in the building.

Experience 5-6 years

Location - Kolhapur, Gokul shirgaon

Salary - 16k to 20k

Machine - CNC , VMC Machine maintenance

Schedule - Day shift or Night shift

Knowledge, skills & Abilities - Deep Knowledge of Mechanical & Electricals, Costing, Negotiation, Professional mail communication in English, Computer knowledge with command on excel & PowerPoint.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. To reduce breakdown hours

2. To Maintain the machine in smooth condition

3. To arrange critical spares of CNC & VMC

4. To prepare and implement Preventive maintenance plan

5. To clean & general check up of Machines on Monday

6. To prepare PO related to maintenance Dept.

7. To prepare MIS data

8. To maintain machine documents and history cards of machine.

09. To prepare and monitor the check lists for machines

10. To maintain the register of machine breakdown, water bill & Electricity Bill

11. To solve out the breakdown at night in emergency.
