Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Service & Spare parts business from Pan India
• Define aftermarket target as per database & potential, make a plan to achieve it & take
follow up with the concerned dealer & Direct Customers.
• To provide technical and commercial solutions to field service forces for critical problems.
• Preparation of various service policies to promote the Annual Service Contract and promote
the sale of spare parts.
• Giving vital inputs on material planning and procurement of spares to dealers.
• Encourage a proactive approach within a Team & reduce reaction time for customer
breakdown.
• Maintain consistent growth in the aftermarket business.
• Responsible to control warranty costs for India.
• Responsible for making spare parts price list.
• Leading a Team responsible for spare parts planning & dispatches of pan India.
• Keeping watch on the inventory of spare parts. Take necessary steps to get rid of nonm
oving spares.
• Launching & implementing new concepts for marketing spare parts & aftermarket
accessories.
Requirement:
• Minimum of a bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in After Market.
• Possess good communication and customer service skills.
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong project management skill
