Export Marketing:· Market research, Planning market entry strategy, Competitors analysis,
Shortlisting Channel Partners to build business, Pitching/ Listing Products as per market
requirement , International Travelling, Participation In International Trade Fairs ; Business
Development From Generating Enquiry To Conversion Of Deal.· Responsible for bringing new
direct OEM & Channel Partner customer base to Elcom for business.· Involvement in product
management, devising market entry and promotion strategy for new product to Export market.
2. Co-ordinations:·
Internal: Coordinating with internal departments for smooth flow of export orders and also fast
response towards the enquiries received. Working with internal teams for arranging exhibition
materials and end to end management of exhibitions, trade fairs.·
External: Keeping track of competition business, connect with competition channel partners,
tracking marketing activities in the allotted geography. Work with printing vendors, exhibition
booth designing companies and other related vendors. Coordinating with different vendors for
marketing activities, promotional events, etc.
3. Sales Target/Profit : Achieving sales target & budgeted profit for business as per given market
geographies. Increasing the margins.
4. Financial : Ensuring smooth cash flow, reducing debtor days. Responsibility of ensuring timely
payments from the customers on credit terms.
5. Customer Satisfactions:· Collecting feedback from the markets once the products are sold in
the overseas markets.
