Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with relevant experience., 2-3 years of experience for Bachelor's degree holders or 3-4 years for Diploma holders., Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling, preferably Solid Edge., Knowledge of ASME pressure vessel design codes and strong problem-solving skills..
Key responsabilities:
Design and optimize mechanical components for ANF and Dryers, including shafts, couplings, and housings.
Prepare and release error-free production drawings for manufacturing according to project schedules.
Interface with ASME codes and CE standards for component selection and pressure vessel requirements.
Research and analyze customer design proposals to evaluate feasibility and maintenance of designs.

Design and optimization of mechanical component for ANF & Dryers components include shaft, couplings, flanges housings, vessel etc.
Prepare and releasing error free production drawing for manufacturing with stipulated project schedule.
Interfaces with ASME codes & CE standard for component selection, weld symbols and other pressure vessel job requirement.
Understanding of function and specification of electromechanical and electro hydraulic system.
Resolve system malfunction, and provide technical information
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawing schematic and computer generated reports.
Research and analysis customer design proposal specification, manuals, and other data to evaluate the feasibility, cost, and maintenance of designs or application.
Experience in the design of Rotary and Static Equipment ,Pressure Vessel, Filter, ANF,Dryers etc
Preparing design drawing for the various types of standardized or customized jobs as per client requirement.
