  1. Sales Engineer - Aerospace (PERMANENT – 1 Candidate)

Notice Period : 30 days/45 days’ notice period who is serving notice period (60/90 days)
Location: Bangalore/Karnataka (****/****) (NO FROM HYDERABAD/KOLKATA/ODISHA/NORTH)
Mandatory Skills: CANDIDATE WHO HAS HYDRAULIC EXPERIENCE
Budget for permanent position is below 8Lac Including variable pay on Annual Fixed component)

Job Purpose:
This role is responsible for achieving the target set for Aerospace & Defence (ASD) segment
with a key focus on the development of a cohesive customer segment and customer
satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for preparation of long term & short term business plan for revenue
generation for the ASD segment PAN India.
2. Responsible to carry out segment , customer & application mapping
3. Responsible for building and developing new customers in ASD segment.
4. Knowledge of Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems is required
5. Responsible for planning & meeting customers to generate enquiries, follow ups and
convert leads to successful projects.
6. Identifying prospective customers, providing proper product presentation and
consistently follow up on prospective customers.
7. Should possess Good customer orientation skills, customer networking & handling
experience.
8. Responsible for identifying market and competitive trends.
9. Responsible for developing and refining relevant business value propositions to match
these trends, as well as, developing marketing strategies and programs to drive growth
in the ASD segment.
10. Responsible for maintaining and improving customer satisfaction level.
11. Responsible to resolve Quality, Technical and Commercial related matters
12. Responsible for individual as well as team target.
13. To Prepare Technical proposal documents for new & development projects
14. To Prepare bid (Technical + Commercial) submission documents for project enquiries
