Taking the decision of referring patient at the appropriate time
Diagnosing and treating common medical ailments
Identifying serious or uncommon diseases and guide/convince the patient to take further treatment
Analysing medical reports like biochemistry, pathology, cytology, immunological, scanning, imaging, occupational health tests etc. [e.g. Haemogram, blood sugar, liver function tests, lipid profile, kidney function tests, USG, CT, MRI, TMT, ECG, mammogram, pap smear, serum electrolytes, blood gas analysis, oxygen saturation, disease specific antibody/antigen tests, audiometer, PFT, vision tests etc.]
Analysing medical reports and assess trends in medical or occupational conditions or diseases
Diagnose occupational diseases in early stages and initiate necessary preventive measures
Training and developing skills of nursing staff in handling emergencies and other medical conditions
Imparting health awareness in an easily understandable way to all the employees
Computer skills like MS office (word, excel, outlook, power point)
