What We're Looking For
Our client, a performance marketing agency specializing in DTC and e-commerce brands, is seeking a Paid Social Media Buyer to manage paid media campaigns and contribute to creative strategy. This role is essential for optimizing ad performance, driving customer acquisition, and ensuring effective client communication.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns on social media.
  • Analyze short- and long-term trends to recommend data-driven growth strategies.
  • Lead client calls, providing insights and performance updates.
  • Test and refine ad performance using an analytical and experimental approach.
  • Analyze creative effectiveness and provide clear direction to designers and video editors.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience managing Meta ad campaigns, preferably for e-commerce brands.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from campaign data.
  • Excellent English communication skills for client-facing interactions.
  • Experience with A/B testing and campaign performance optimization.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Sheets, or Looker Studio.
