Job description

Because at HR Profile we specialize in connecting talent with opportunities that make an impact, we are seeking a highly driven and process-oriented Account Executive to sell B2B SaaS platform for multifamily and commercial real estate mortgage professionals and stakeholders, for a major client in the tech and financial sector in the USA.

The purpose of this position is to provide support for the company's multiple websites, requiring proficiency in JavaScript (React and Vue), HTML5, and responsive design, along with experience in development using SSR frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct up to 15 daily product demos (20–30 minutes) from a combination of inbound and outbound for prospective customers from inbound leads and follow-ups on previous opportunities.
  • Manage a full sales cycle, including discovery, presenting pricing, answering complex questions, and closing deals.
  • Draft and send contracts and agreements via DocuSign with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Consistently meet or exceed a target of $35,000 in annual recurring revenue (ARR) per month.
  • Maintain impeccable records and task management in HubSpot, ensuring all follow-ups and activities are logged.

Our Ideal Candidate:
    • 1–2 years of experience as an Account Executive or a top-performing BDR/SDR transitioning into a sales role, with strong references.
    • Proven track record of selling B2B SaaS to SMBs, with ACVs ranging from $2,000 to $10,000.
    • Exceptional proficiency in HubSpot for CRM management and task organization.
    • Near-perfect verbal and written English communication skills.
    • Highly process-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
    • Comfortable working in a highly structured, accountability and performance-focused environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in multifamily or commercial real estate finance, mortgages, or banking (particularly in the U.S.).

  • Familiarity with multi-year contract negotiation and closing.
