Focused on order fulfillment, we build software that powers our manufacturing operation as part of the Mass Customization Platform. Without us, orders are not completed and delivered on time.
We encourage our engineers to think like an owner – to continue to act small as we grow. Every team defines its own roadmaps and uses the programming languages and technologies that suit them best. This helps us have a big impact at the enterprise level while still feeling small and nimble.
What You Will Do:
- Oversee the timely delivery of a new initiative delivering a set of cloud-based services to our customers in the Manufacturing Information Systems (MIS) space. This is an exciting new chapter in an already critical set of services;
- Collaborate with team members across engineering, product, and other parts of the organization to identify dependencies and deliver predictably and promptly. This includes managing sprint iterations, feature development, and release planning. Work closely with product management team members to ensure clear milestones are set, and adapt to shifting priorities as the product evolves;
- Lead and mentor a team and maintain a strong team culture. Foster a sense of trust, belonging, and inclusivity within the team;
- Coach team members on their career growth and provide feedback openly. This includes conducting performance reviews, mentoring, and creating career development plans tailored to each team member’s growth aspirations;
- Effectively communicate team progress and raise questions or recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Your Qualifications:

- Experience managing a team of software engineers in an Agile setting;
- Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS;
- You are a strong communicator able to identify issues quickly and take necessary actions individually or with relevant team members. Ability to balance priorities and ensure we are building what will deliver on our long-term vision.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with distributed teams across time zones such as US / Europe / India;
- Familiarity with the printing and mass customization domain.
