What you´ll do

  • This job would report to the Global Head of Market and Customer Activation (MCA). The role is to drive global semiconductor market and customer activation strategy and implement promotion activities for the US and Europe regions.
  • Responsible for marketing and communications strategy and execution plans which include the digital marketing, content strategy, brand awareness, media engagement, demand creation and internal communications.
  • Partnering with the business, the candidate is to drive result-oriented integrated marketing communications campaigns to help achieve key strategic initiatives and brand awareness objectives of the electronics business.
  • Drive awareness and demand for electronics materials in global semiconductor market segment
  • Develop and manage integrated global campaigns and own execution of its associated plan, including scope, target outcome, key metrics and measures, that could be leveraged globally and assist the tactical execution of those campaigns.
  • Responsible for content strategy by creating compelling contents and campaigns that attract, engage and retain the targeted persona.
  • Drive performance through a results-driven experimental approach, both in existing channels and by experimenting new techniques.
  • Work closely with marketing and commercial teams in managing launch date, activation activities and differentiated messaging to accelerate reach to key and emerging markets.
  • External communications for the US and Europe regions: Continuously enhance brand and customers intimacy along customer journey
  • Establish a scalable marketing and communications strategy and execute it successfully across target personas, segments and markets with positive financial impact for the company.
  • Drive an integrated activation and communications strategy from sales engagement, digital marketing, event management, media relations to content marketing in support of the business priorities.
  • Position AME as the recognized leader in electronics
  • Work closely with the local commercial teams in product and solution activation campaigns and differentiated messaging to accelerate reach to key and emerging market.

What makes you a good fit

  • 10 years of experience in marketing and communications
  • Preferred bachelor's degree in chemistry, Business, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or similar
  • Proven experience in B2B marketing
  • Strong ability in conceptualizing, planning, executing, and evaluating full spectrum of communications deliverables, including lead generation, digital marketing, media engagement, sales tool development and content creation.
  • Proven project management experience and handling multiple projects simultaneously
  • Resourceful, results driven and able to work effectively in a matrix environment and tight deadlines.
  • Analytical with meticulous attention to detail, translate business and marketing strategy into an acquisition plan.
  • Good interpersonal skills including the ability to interact, influence and communicate effectively with all levels of management and different culture
  • Creative, innovative and team-player.

The salary for this role is $95,000.00 - $120,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
