This role is about handling full-cycle recruitment, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates, to interviewing and hiring great employees by document checking; collaborating with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identifying future hiring needs. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the HR Executive of Talent Acquisition is to ensure our company attracts hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.

Job Role And Responsibilities

  • Ability to keep up high-volume recruiting / Walk-in interviews for selecting the right talent.
  • Manage and organize candidate pools like Job Fairs / campus recruitments, and other events to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.
  • Conduct interviews and selection procedures including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
  • Performing other assessments of job candidate's skills, such as giving Technical tests, written tests etc.
  • Scheduling interviews by maintaining communication with panel members.
  • Must have keen observation while verifying the candidate's documents.
  • Assess candidate information including resumes and contact details using our Applicant Tracking System.
  • Provide reporting and regular status updates to the team.
  • Should be able to handle job portals and browse social networking sites for suitable job profiles with required skills.
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements.
  • Need to travel to various locations (near and far) to find best possible candidates.
  • Suggest new and creative ideas for improving talent activities.
  • Research talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry.
  • Coordinate with other departments for best hospitality.
  • Should be supportive and maintain good relationships with team members.
  • Act as a single point of contact to build relationships with candidates during the selection process.
  • Manage the recruiting process to meet hiring goals using effective resource management.
  • Follow up on interview process status and update records in internal database.
  • Work and form relationships with internal management teams to know the ins and outs of their departments, and better understand their hiring needs and job specifications.
  • Prepare recruitment materials and job postings to appropriate job board, newspapers, colleges, and other platforms.

Job Requirements And Qualifications

  • Experienced candidate with at least 2 to 4 years can apply.
  • Candidate must be a post-graduate in MBA, preferably in HR specialization.
  • Must be proactive and should have ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent sourcing skills from professional networking sites, blogging, and social networking sites.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills are mandatory.
  • Should have MS Office knowledge and presentation skills.
  • Experience in BPO industry will be an added advantage.
