About The Role

We are looking for a P&ID Specialist to elevate our software quality to the next level. As a member of our technology team, you will work daily with our world-class engineers. You will think broadly to create and execute test plans that ensure our products meet the highest standards. You will apply your engineering logic and keen attention to detail to solve some of the most demanding technical challenges in the industry. You will have the freedom to design and implement your testing strategies with some of the brightest minds in the space.

Required Skills

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Test Engineer, Process Engineer, Plant Maintainer, or in a similar role
Experience working with P&ID technical documentation
Proficiency in technical drawing and the ability to read P&ID diagrams
Ability to create P&ID diagrams
Background in engineering fields such as Oil & Gas or Automation
Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proven problem-solving skills
Eagerness to learn and continuously improve technical knowledge
Ability to work effectively in a globally distributed remote team
Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level (verbal and written)

Nice To Have

Previous startup experience
Knowledge of advanced graph theory
Familiarity with test design and defect management tools
Experience in testing desktop applications
Ability to create test cases
ISTQB certification
Experience with TestMonitor
Ability to read and create CAD diagrams
