Bronze Star Consultant is growing throughout the country! We are looking for Independent Contract Recruiters for the mortgage, healthcare and cannabis space.
We are not your average run of the mill recruiting gurus. We have the best clients, who deserve the best service from us. Our mission is to completely revamp, reshape and completely disrupt the recruiting industry! Key Foundational Responsibilities:
Department Advocate: Become an ambassador for the clients you are recruiting for. You are responsible for embedding yourself in their value prop to understand, identify, and articulate their hiring needs. It is imperative you are able to capture the essence of the company and represent the voice of our company, who will be their greatest ally in the fight for quality candidates. You must be skilled in reading people, actively listening, and have a dynamic nature- this is a no brainer. It is your business- you will get out of it, what you put into it.
Investigative Strategy: Meet with each member in your department (client) to gain as much insight as possible. Create environment that encourages each person to vocalize their thoughts about the department, how to identify the right candidate, and where they think we should look for them. This is a skill that not many recruiters have- they need this.
Ambassador: You MUST nurture and continue to invest in your clients department. You are responsible for representing their voice and therefore must earn their trust. It is essential be mindful of this when conceptualizing your recruiting plan to address hiring needs. Note- you might have one client or may have multiple. We also partner with other recruiting firms for split commissions- MIND BLOWN!
Communications Management: Is an important function to keep recruiters needs synced to online campaigns. We can't stress this enough- this is an everyday, routine task, each and every day.
