The aim is to achieve a clear value increase with a focus on sustainable, long-term growth of the portfolio company. Now, we are looking to hire a fresh graduate who can support our operational team to manage our portfolio companies. This role needs to travel to portfolio companies, on site across China. Your Tasks Developing overall transformation strategy to support the business growth. Identify organic & inorganic strategic plans to create value and maximizing investment return Identifying business improvement opportunities and implementing and tracking those initiatives to improve overall business performance Developing and executing new sales strategies, product portfolio optimization and customer relationship management Optimizing procurement initiatives (pricing, specifications, supplier management, contracts, processes) Supply chain management (in-/outbound, production planning, warehouse management, disposition of material, ERP system, material flow, etc.), incl. inventory optimization Improvement of manufacturing business processes (Lean, effectiveness, efficiency, etc) Implementation of adequate project management and project reporting Identifying, evaluating of potential investment, add-on acquisitions, conducting due diligence in M&A process Your Profile Fresh graduates with bachelor or above degree from prestigious universities Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English, another language (e.g. French, German, Japanese, etc.) is a plus Prior internship experience (e.g. in investment bank, consulting and PE) is a plus Proficiency with the MS-Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint etc.) Quick learner, excellent communication and teamwork abilities Willingness to travel to projects and conduct on-site work within China What Mutares Offers Working as part of a highly motivated, international, committed and agile team that enjoys working together Exciting working environment with changing challenges and tasks for a continuous personal and professional development Attractive remuneration combined with flexible working hours Regular team events and offsites
