What is Androlabs and when did we start?

Founded in February 2021 with the acquisition of two mens health products from Ferring Pharmaceuticals, Androlabs is a fast-growing global men’s health pharmaceutical company. Our products are commercialised in 20+ countries throughout Europe, the UK and Australia.

We are part of the Tithonia Group, which is an investment group dedicated to allowing stranded innovation to exist and thrive within the life science industry. The group’s purpose is to improve patient access to medicines globally by providing the best home for proven pharma products. The group is formed of two sister companies with distinct strategies: Androlabs and Simple Pharma.

What is our mission and how do we work?

Our mission is to improve outcomes for men, by helping them along their prevention and treatment journeys. We currently have two prescription products which have already been used millions of times by men across the EU and beyond. However, this is not nearly enough – men tend to be under-diagnosed and under-treated (especially for the two conditions we currently focus on – low testosterone and erectile dysfunction).

We are re-evaluating the traditional model of the pharma industry and developing an alternative solution by prioritising targeted, science-led prescriber engagement.

As part of the Tithonia Group, our diverse and combined team has more than 30 people across 7 countries, speaking more than 10 languages. We are EBITDA profitable, growing, and are participating in a market that is ripe for new thinking.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic ISF Specialist based in Sicilia who will be instrumental in driving growth in the Region.

This is a highly entrepreneurial role in an exciting, early-stage business where you will be encouraged to contribute ideas and help shape the company’s trajectory. In addition to core role-based skills, we seek people who share our vision, possess business acumen, enjoy solving problems, and are excited about development and growth.

What do you need to do to win?

As an Androlabs ISF Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our prescription medicine portfolio. Your primary goal will be to engage healthcare professionals (doctors, nurses, pharmacists, etc.) and introduce them to our innovative men's health treatment options and resources.

Who will you work with?

You will be part of a collaborative Italian team, working closely with the Italian Country Lead, the Head of Sales and other members of the global team.

Core Responsibilities

Engage with key prescribing stakeholders.
Leverage CRM tools to prioritise engagement with known stakeholders in your area.
Send emails and make calls to specialists to answer their questions, support their treatment decision-making, and build relationships.
Deliver product briefings (virtually or in hospitals) and share supporting materials.
Track engagement with key stakeholders in our CRM system.
Attend events and congresses.
Continuously seek improvement.
Maintain a clear set of objectives and KPIs.
Record and share learnings and insights to make each interaction more effective than the last and to support our marketing efforts.

Requirements

Must-haves:

Degree in scientific disciplines (law 219/06).
At least 4 years of previous experience as an ISF Specialist.
Interest in andrology and men’s health.
Excellent command of the English language.
Strong ability to build relationships, both in person and remotely.
Excellent communication skills.
Positive attitude.
Ability to work in a team.
Availability for travel and participation in national events.

Nice to haves:

Preferable residence in Palermo or Catania.
Previous experience as an ISF in remote settings is preferred.
Preferable knowledge of the endocrinologist/urologist/andrologist target audience.
