Enable Data Incorporated is looking for a talented and experienced Power BI Lead/Architect to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of advanced business intelligence solutions using Power BI. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their analytics needs and transform complex data sets into meaningful insights that drive business decisions.

Your role will also involve mentoring and guiding junior team members, as well as establishing best practices for Power BI development and deployment across various projects. You will leverage your expertise in data visualization, SQL, and data modeling to create impactful dashboards and reports, ensuring that our clients have access to high-quality, actionable data.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of Power BI solutions, including dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications.
Develop and optimize data models, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across reporting solutions.
Implement best practices for Power BI deployment, including version control, testing, and user training.
Stay current with the latest Power BI features and updates, leveraging new capabilities to enhance reporting solutions.
Provide guidance on data governance, security, and compliance best practices.
Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging data analytics to drive business success.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, with a focus on Power BI.
Strong knowledge of data modeling concepts and experience with SQL databases.
Expertise in Power BI development, including DAX, Power Query, and report design.
Experience in leading BI projects from conception to deployment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Experience with Azure Data Services or other cloud platforms is a plus.
