About the Company
Our client is a boutique law firm practising exclusively in Family Law and Estate Litigation. Our client is seeking a Senior Family Law Clerk to join their office in Durham Region. Their office has full remote capacity and this role may be performed remotely, in the office, or a combination of both.

About the Job

Manage family law litigation files from start to finish with supervision
Draft all necessary documents and correspondence
Maintain physical/electronic files
Liaise with external clients
Prepare reporting letters and handle all other matters as required
Ensure all critical deadlines are met and perform other related duties as assigned

What You Bring

10+ years of experience as a Family Law Clerk
Strong knowledge of Ontario family law litigation procedures and related legislation
Graduate from a Law Clerk diploma
Highly meticulous, resourceful, organized, self-motivated, and deadline driven with excellent ability to work independently with minimal supervision
